We combine the practice of hatha and raja yoga. We explore the non-violent and systematic movement of every joint in the body, providing learned instruction on the full and natural range of motion of each joint to enhance mobility and relieve long-held pain.
Classes Overview
The class involves mastering structural Yoga therapy sequence based on Kiniseology. You learn about your joints and various movements. You understand the workings of neck, shoulder, scapula,spine, hip, knee and ankle and release pain in these areas. You practice the sequence in line with the understanding of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Classes Lesson
You start with Joint freedom series and repeat it minimum 6 times in rhythm with your Ujjai breath. There are 21 positions that you practice as joint freeing series. You follow it with 24 yoga asanas.
- BEGINNER
FROM 1ST-10TH OF THE MONTH
Learn the positions so that you know the correct order.
- REGULAR YOGI
FROM 11th to 20th OF THE MONTH
Study the major muscle and joint action so that you can develop clarity of the focal motions recommended for the posture.
- DEVOTTED YOGI
FROM 21st TO 30th OF THE MONTH
Train yourself to follow the experiential sequence cited in Yoga sutra 2. Learning to become steady and comfortable in the posture and in the movement leading into and out of the posture. To deepen the practice, the next sutra recommends that yoga posture be perfected through “relaxation of the effort, lessening the tendency for restlessness and identification with the infinite stream of life. This is of course a never ending story, revealing the intention of yoga to be a method of attaining reintegration with our True Selves.
