Please know that all classes are Yoga. A beginner point is Hatha Yoga. You can then move to power yoga and then move to the intensity of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
All classes are Hatha Yoga where power yoga and Ashtanga Yoga is not mentioned. All classes are inspired by International Yoga Teachers and are a blend of Philosophy, science and personalisation by Ms Sunita.

If you enjoy a powerful physical challenge, there’s Beyond Power Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays. Flow in our 4.00pm-5.00 pm slot. You can also sign in for Fridays from 10.00 -11.0 am for Arm Balances and Inversions class.
If you like routine and structure, there’s Ashtanga class on Sundays and Tuesdays from 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm slot.
If you’re an anatomy junkie, there’s 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm Yoga on Fridays called Yoga Allignment. A softer version is integrated into the 06.00 am session from Sundays to Thursdays which is Kiniselogy based Structural Yoga Therapy session combined with sun salutation.
Feeling the weekend mood and want to connect with your partner. Walk in for our partner Yoga held on Fridays from 12.00pm -01.00 pm and invite your friend. You can gift them a class for their birthday or you make me feel good day.
We will work on your stiff areas through Yoga therapy class held on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.00am-11.00 am. If you want to fit into a certain dress just before a function or are creating a new you, then please sign up for three chakra meditation class held on Sundays, tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.00pm-09.00pm and alternate it with Yoga for backache class held from 07.00pm-08.00 pm on Sundays, tuesdays and Thursdays. And combine it with 11.00am -12.00pm class all the days through the week.
If you prefer a 30 days yoga challenge where you take a pledge of honouring yourself for 30 days regularly by doing Yoga 7 times a week then you can earn a 30 Days Yoga Challenge Level 1 certification. Join from 06.00 pm-07.00 pm. Or 06.00 am-07.00 am. everyday. We prepare you for 108 Global Mala Sun Salutation Challenge.
If you are seeking peace and like to meditate and observe silence and do chanting with Yoga postures then look no further than Kriya Yoga held from 07.00am -08.00am and from 12.00pm-01.00pm on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you prefer a gentler style because of your therapeutic issue there’s private Hatha and Restorative and Yoga therapy private session from 09.00am-10.00am daily and 08.00 pm – 09.00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Private sessions require one day prior bookings and no shows are charged as a session.
In our Sun Studo we have classes by demand along with prenatal Yoga, postnatal Yoga and animal yoga for children.
If you are pregnant you can join the prenatal Yoga session on weekends on Sundays and Tuesdays from 11.00am- 12.00pm and on weekends on Fridays and Saturdays from 11.00am -12.00pm.
We are flexible to arrange your prenatal classes if you are working.
Animal Yoga for children is conducted on Fridays and Saturdays from 09.00am-10.00am.

Yoga is not just physical exercise, nor is it a weight-loss program. Yoga is not only for flexible people or for women. Yoga is not a religion, or a cult, or a fad. Yoga is not a cure-all pill. Adho mukha svanasana is not some sort of incantation that can dissipate your problems with the wave of a magic wand.
Yoga is a catalyst for truth that will tune you into your body’s own innate intelligence. Yoga is a stick of dynamite that will blast away your ideas of who you’ve been, who you are and who you can be and simply leave you gaping in the face of the truth that is your own inner light.
Irrespective of each of our physical strengths and limitations, irrespective of our fears and self-doubts and judgments, we can always do our best to honor the sweetness of every moment in our interactions with ourselves and with everyone around us.
