Classes Lesson
Asana, pranayama, mudra and bandha are best practiced before breakfast, lunch or dinner after a short relaxation. Yoga nidra are best practiced early in evening and Meditation before going to sleep. Yoga Nidra can also be practised at sometime in the day. In acute conditions always start with one step earlier and build up the yoga practice gradually. The reduction of doses of insulin is in tune with your medical checkups so that you are not having more insulin as your body starts to regulate it better. Less insulin can lead to hypoglycaemia so medical supervision is a must.

FROM 1ST-10TH OF THE MONTH
We should first do cleansing practices. (This is extra charge for yoga detox). It is combined with nadi shodhan pranayama.
We practice classical sun salutation. We practice 15 pawanmukta practices. We practice Agnisar Kriya. We practice Yoga Nidra.
- REGULAR YOGI
FROM 11th to 20th OF THE MONTH
We practice 7 digestive practices and 4 Shakti Bandha Asanas which are very effective. We practice nadi shodhan with kumbhak and try to move in the ratios as known by the yoga teacher. We practice kapalbhati pranayama. We practice Visualization.
- COMMITTED YOGI
FROM 21st TO 30th OF THE MONTH
We start with savasana and practice 5 vajrasanas, 7 standing asanas ,9 back bends , 5 forward bends and 2 inversions. We practice Ujjai pranayama followed with bhramri breath. We practice Yoga Nidra.
What You Get From This Classes
For diabetes the yoga helps in following ways:
- Increased weight loss
- Lowered blood sugar, either by insulin activation and/or decreased sympathetic activity and better tissue utilization.

In asthma situation yoga would help by:
