A: I show you how to do the movements and postures in Yoga for weigtloss Yoga so you build your flexibility and strength safely over time. A: It really depends on your floor or training surface. I do suggest using a yoga or “sticky” mat during the Yoga for Weightloss Flow. It’ll provide a bit of cushioning for your knees and keep your feet from slipping during the session. We have the mats, towels, water, herbal tea and free locker rentals. Please buy a mat from our store for home practice.
A: All you need are comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. You’ll find it difficult to get completely relaxed and reach your full range of motion if you’re experiencing physical discomfort from tight or binding clothing.
A: For maximum benefit and comfort please refrain from eating a large meal 2 - 3 hours before your practice. If you have to eat something beforehand, choose a light snack such as fruit, yogurt, or an energy bar.
