The form is Inverted triangle that is fiery red in color. The triangle is the element for fire element. Through this element, manifested energy is given a Form. The inverted triangle depicts downward energy.It obstructs upward flow of energy until it is pierced. Bright red colored triangle visualisation helps the aspirant in his spiritual evolution. The first knot Brahama Granthi is found in Manipura Chakra.
It has the Circle with ten petals.
The red triangle is located inside a circle surrounded by ten lotus petals. They are the seat of 10 mental modifications.
The color of the petals is blue like the most luminous part of a fire.
The ten petals also depict ten pranas:
Fire is both heat and light energy, but heat is dominant.It is related to sun. Like sun represents life so the navel represents the source of life in the body. A child is connected to mother through umblical cord which shrinks & becomes a navel. Kundalini energy stays in form of fire in body.The fire aids in digestion and absorption of food which supplies energy for survival. It is related to hunger, thirst, sleep, lethargy and radiance (ojas). Fire is purifying but destructive when out of control.
The sushumna nadi is nature of fire. The right nostril (Pingala) is the Sun, the left nostril (Ida) is the moon. When both nostrils work together, the Sushumna is activated. Energy flows in ten directions when the energy comes to the fire element for twelve minutes during each cycle of nasal breathing.
The Bija sound is Rang. The Ram is the carrier of the seed sound Rang. The Ram is famous for physical strength and stamina in fighting.The deity is Rudra. Shiva's skin is camphor blue and Rudra is ash colored dressed in tiger skin. Tiger represents mind.In his right hand he holds a drum (damaru). He does not grant boons but meditating on him despels fear and subsides anger.He is adorned with snakes and often a rudraksha mala. Rudra is meditated seated inside seed sound RANG.
The Shakti is Lakini Devi, form of kundalini shakti who is the doorkeeper. He is BhadraKali, form of Kali.She has three faces meaning three planes.

Her color is orange red, peach or red and as per some sources she is dark complexion, big teeth. As per other books, she is beautiful like a moon, adorned with ornaments, with bright shining eyes with kajal. Her sari is raiating light blue and as per some yellow.
